ABOUT PATON

Paton is a full-time, professional coach with Wind N Sea Swim Team in La Jolla, California. He also swims with and substitute coaches for the La Jolla Swim Masters team and enjoys the occasional dip in the La Jolla Cove. Paton has 25 years of competitive swimming experience, including 5 years at Cal Berkeley. (click here for a bio)

Paton believes swimming is fun and a lifelong sport. His extensive swimming and coaching experience is an enormous asset in helping his students see where they need improvement.

VIDEO STROKE ANALYSIS

One session includes:

• filming—4 different viewpoints of each stroke: above and below water, front and side
• on deck, same day viewing and one on one professional analysis of video
  
• own personal CD with video footage of session (delivered later)

• proper technique instruction
• drills for you to use to work toward a natural, easy stroke that works for you
